“Strong Mind Strong Body, Bootcamp by Marie” is the motivating and enjoyable full-body exercise program you have been looking for. In this unique fitness experience, Marie combines her 12+ years experience as an ACSM Certified Fitness Specialist and her prior work with the Army National Guard’s Warrior Fit Camp, which helped prepare recruits for Basic Training, Boot Camp and/or Deployment.
The continuous 4-week outdoor fitness program meets 3 days per week and is designed to make exercise a fun and enjoyable experience while improving your overall health. Marie will coach you through a series of energizing activities that are designed to help you achieve your fitness goals.
Beautiful Lowdermilk Beach/Park provides the perfect setting to get in top shape. Enjoy exercising on the sand while listening to the ocean waves, watching dolphins or the sunset.
